Although I'm strictly a "backseat biker", I have been riding consistently with my husband, Doug, since we were married in 1986. I joined CMA in 1991, as part of the U.S. North East Region, a year before CMA Canada was formed. I was pleased to join the CMA Canada Board in 2001 as the Maritime representative. I also represent the interests of the dedicated "backseat bikers" who contribute so much to the Association.
Through consistent efforts over many years, we have seen general acceptance and respect for CMA's contribution at rallies and events in the Maritimes. We would like to encourage CMA members to be faithfully involved with the biking community in your area.
And let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we shall reap if we do not grow weary. (Gal. 6:9).
